The Improvement and Development Agency
Like many other organisations, the IDeA had a list of interested individuals languishing on a server somewhere. We exported the list, cleaned it, used it to deliver an online survey, and in the meantime showed them how they could easily and cheaply deliver their own emails in-house. Arsenal Football Club
