• We researched and wrote an in-depth report on webcasting in local government for the Improvement and Development Agency (read it here). • We are working on a large project with a major bank in the City of London. This includes a significant amount of usability studies and systems integration, since we are completely replacing the current site, which has over 35,000 pages.
